Thanks man! I am pretty sure my man card is on the verge of being revoked alright! But a few weeks of hard and heavy deads I'll earn it again.

Thanks man! They used to be higher but my back has gotten weaker lately for some reason. I can't wait to see what my bench is like when I get my rows back up to 140 or so for 4-5 reps.

Ok session tonight but ended up with a slight injury and had to stop before I made bits of my glute.
Squat
60kg 5
110kg 5
160kg 6
160kg 6
160kg 6
160kg 3 started getting cramps around the hips and had a stabbing pain between my glute and hamstring. hopefully it will heal up fast.
160kg 1 decided to stop before I did more damage.
Job done. jumped 10kg on last week, weight was easy despite the pain, would have easily finished the sets if my glute wasn't acting up. My legs were sore to touch up until sunday after 6x6 at 150 last week so not looking forward to tomorrow. I'm not used to doing so many reps. I generally find anything more than 2 reps on squat a fucking hassle.

Great work Tom! Strong squatting! Hope that it's just a fluke and you'll be good to go in a few days! Take it easy and don't push it, no need to ate it worse! I'm the same thing with reps on squats and deads, unless it's warm ups, anything after 3 is cardio! Heal up and then smash!!!

That's my exact philosophy! I just hate repping out on squats or deads! Even on my warm ups. It should be ok with any luck. I just have to avoid stressing to too heavily.

Good session tonight, feeling very strong these days all in all.
paused standing strict press
bar 20
60kg 5
80kg 5, 10 sec rest 1, 10 sec 1, 10 sec 1
80kg 5, 10 sec rest 1, 10 sec 1, 10 sec 1
80kg 5, 10 sec rest 1, 10 sec 1, 10 sec 2 did an extra rep as it was feeling so easy.
these were great fun. Pressing has never felt easier. 80kg just glided up and down at ease. up to 85kg next week and if I nail all reps on all sets again I will jump to 90 the week after. Definitely could do a few handy 100s now I'd say.

weighted wide grip pulls ups
bw 5
20kg 5
20kg 5

weighted chins
20kg 6
20kg 6

wide grip pulls ups
bw 11

paused close grip bench press
120kg 5, 10 sec rest 1, 10 sec 1, 10 sec 1
120kg 5, 10 sec rest 1, 10 sec 1, 10 sec 1
very easy considering the pressing beforehand. I'm pretty sure I may be stronger all in all close grip, if I ever tried it first in a session. May experiment and bench that way in comp if it is stronger.

lat bar pressdown
45kg 12
45kg 10
45kg 10

hammer curls
35s 10
35s 10
35s 10
sin e. Feeling good and strong on my pressing especially.
