Tried to bench today. no hope. Strength was in the tank all round. waste of a drive in really. May try this again tomorrow.
Paused bench press

had to grind out the last one and decided there was no point going on.

wide grip bent over row to chest

very poor for me. Used to be good at rowing and it's gone down a lot.

incline bench prone barbell row, pausing at the top

standing db curls

not bad. Easy enough. did these with a nice pause and squeeze at the top too. 30s next time I think. Hopefully I can bench more tomorrow now.

Great session today. Went a but easy setwise after yesterday's failure

That's 7 sets of 3 today and one set of 2. not bad at all overall. Should have a new bench pb by now.

Good session today. I'm assuming I'm getting stronger. 5kg up on this session last week and no difficulty at all. All reps flew up. Easily had a few more sets of 6 in the tank if I wanted to do them.

Ok session tonight. I had to take it easy as with my failed session Tuesday this is 5 days straight of pressing.

Left it there. Should have done one more set but my elbows feel like someone put a hot knife through them. No major pain but more major discomfort. Ice and a couple of days off pressing I think.
