This is my first online workout log. I'm only going to list work sets. The plan is to keep this going over time and be at some semi respectable weights in 2013. This workout should look pretty familiar. Microloading for the win.
Weight 157 (Height 5'7ish...I won't be updating the height haha I just want to give you an idea)
BB Row (pretty strict...close to Pendlay style but with bitch weight) 2x5x130
Static Grip 185lbs x :30
Yes, I realize this is rookie stuff, but it's what I've got. Next weight session will be Weds.
