I don't think Clint knows either. Speaking of Clint, yesterday, he was trying to get in his single ply shirt, covered in baby powder, hands over his head and belly hangin out trying to get the thing on. It was quite the show. I think Brian snapped a pic before Clint tried to take the phone. The shirt would be tight on a toddler.

They pull and squat every week. I typically dont. So after that meet, then training with them for a week, I was crippled!

Thanks man, I am too. I think this may be the one. Just gotta keep my weight steady. My biggest distraction is pretty much gone. To quote the great Rick Hussey, "Its time to do something".

Bench night
Supposed to double 630 off a 2, 665 off a 1, and 685 off a 3

Cody was sick so it left us with a only a small crew of 3.

raw warm ups
bar*5*3
135*3*3
245*2
335*1
425*1
475*1> 2 board
add shirt
515*1>3 board
565*1>3 board
630*1> 2 board, Blake jerked the bar up after the first rep
665*1> 1 board< quit there. We couldnt get the bar out right and I kept having my wrist wraps come off. So I said f this Im not getting hurt. Only had the one spotter

Ill have to do a little extra work next week once more guys are there to make up for last night

Raw close grip 4 boards
335*5
425*5
475*3> Mistake on my part here, I meant to go 450ish but forgot I still had 100s on the bar.

Band fly 3 sets

biceps and triceps rope work 5 sets ea muscle

Done. Just not a good day. Pollen is about to kill all of us and it was just flat in there. Time to turn the wick up.

Inzer sdp. I was pleased with everything. My reps were a little slow. My speed is down atm but I think that was more of wrestling the bar into the groove instead of just letting it go once its set.
