hehehehe.

Diet details? I wish I could give you some, but there isn't much to it! I eat basically have a shake, muffin, couple apples and coffee for breakfast, some almonds and fruit couple hours later, big lunch (usually left overs), more almonds/fruit couple hours later, shake pre workout, shake post workout, big supper, shake before bed. I don't worry about macros, etc. That being said, I've been really lacking on how much food I eat. I'm down to like 223lbs, and I really need to smarten the fuck up!

Brutally tough session today, as Wednesday were very heavy deadlifts, and Friday was probably the highest squat volume I've ever done.

Deadlifts with Pause at Knee
210kg x 2 x 4 sets

Deadlifts from Boxes
235kg x 3 x 4 sets

OHP
55kg x 10 x 4 sets

Will get videos up when possible.

Not a bad idea at all. Adding one or two of those a day would definitely help. And if it didn't...add more three or four lol

........Watching the videos I realized I'm an idiot and did 230kg and not 235kg. Oh well, not a huge difference. The number was actually 231kg lol, I just rounded to 235. And then did 230kg by mistake. Oops.

Although I don't agree with everything Mark Bell says (although he's better than most), this video is great motivation:

Powerlifting: The Mentality - YouTube

"In the mean time, you might as well be a fucking savage"

Video is a bit old now, but hopefully it motivates some anyway.

Disclaimer: Don't take shit out of context. Fix your grody bits, but don't bitch out!
