I just got a whole new level added to my drive to succeed. I actually have a reasonable chance of grabbing silver in the squat at World's right now, and a somewhat long shot at medalling overall.

Let's do this.

I really need to bring that rowing up. My forearms were on fire from 20 reps though lol. I'll be rowing on Saturdays as well, I think.
