Jim, I generally do mix and match, ya. Some of my go to movements for "abs" or "core" or whatever trend you want to call it are:

Front squat holds
Planks
Weighted planks
Band Anti Twist
Band Pallof Press
Leg raises
Ab wheel

I'll have to try some of those exercises for abs. Better than crappy crunches that don't work.

Updating from my phone:

Squats
160kg x 3 x 2 sets (beltless)
185kg x 2 x 5 sets

Front squats
100kg x 2 x 6 sets

Bench
Up to 140kg x 1! First 3 plate bench, and a 2.5kg PB over my last PB at the meet

CG bench
100kg x 6 x 3 sets

Didnt have time to do my extra work, which means 200 reps of it tomorrow...

Video will be posted of the bench.
