Decided here that I'll be taking the remainder of the week "off." I need a sort of mental health week from lifting. Not that anything was particularly hard today, I just wasn't in to it at all. The time off will do be good, I'll just take one less week of CMS Competition Prep, and I'll redo this session in one week.

That is certainly an accurate thing to say lol.

Leading in to Nationals, I had trained for like 8-10 weeks nonstop since my Provincial meet. In fact, I was in the gym the night of my Provincial meet lol. Prior to provincials, it was again 8-10 weeks, and prior to that, another 8-10 weeks. So I have been training without a break for the last 24-30 weeks, straight. Need a few days, mentally. Might play some ping pong..
