Thanks, Tom. Volume seems to be what builds my lifts best. Actually, I think I need to up it even more to see some more gains.

Thanks, BtB. Frequeny wise, I would say now with the BS + FS on Monday, FS on wed, and BS+FS on Friday. Thinking about adding high bar squats to Tues or Saturday soon. Gradual increase in overall frequency and/or work capacity seems best.
