Love the vids Dave! Everything looking smooth and easy. I thought I saw the knees cave slightly on the squat, but no biggie. REally like your keep loose sessions as well. Your gonna become one helluva Russian Bear!

Hope you have a great trip to the family and then onto the big league in Russia. What an opportunity of a lifetime.

Thanks, Jim! I'm in the airport now, wont be long until I'm in NJ and then Russia. I'm so torn about knees coming in on squats nowadays. Having them always out is what we all have learned for the most part, but so many great olympic lifters squat with their knees caved on the way up. Hell, even Pozdeev, a powerlifter, has his cave. Maybe it matters more so if the caving isn't uniform on both sides. Thoughts, Jim? or anyone.

Well done staying loose as a Canadian Goose!

I didn't know that some big squatters have some caving. With that said, it's likely a non issue since its slight and your not experiencing any issues from it. There really is not only 1 way to squat. I also have a bit of caving but have never worried about it.
