I hear ya, there is no way I will ever go back to low bar squats either.

Very much specific to high bar. I think I was doing 5 triples at 200 or so last meet cycle with low bar. Not THAT far off anymore... getting there. I'm just happy my wrist and elbow pain is now non existent.

Who would have thought being in a proper anatomical position would be helpful...

Indeed lol - I am also able to stay more upright during the whole movement than low bar. It took me about 3 weeks to get used to it.
