My left wrist and elbow is absolutely destroyed from low bar squatting with such a narrow grip. High bar obviously has no pain, as the wrist and elbow can assume proper, strong lines. The pain is pretty fucking huge, but there is no way I can maintain/improve my squat without training it. Making the switch to highbar won't happen in time for Worlds, so it's becoming an interesting issue. Fuck.

Whoa - 70 DB press for 25 reps is a real standout Dave. Amazing grip to hold onto them that long as well. Deload needed soon or just write it off as a bad day?
