Thanks, Ravi.

I think if I want to have my bench progress more, I'm going to have to start training it at the beginning... or slam some caffeine after squats. I get quite mentally fatigued by the time bench rolls around.

Also, anyone have any tips/ideas for opening up my hips so I can get a more upright torso position on sumo deadlifts?

What is the benefit to pausing at the knee, turning it into a rack pull?

They looked really good Dave. You pull with a lot of authority.

I'm under the belief that it helps starting power, as you have to maintain a good starting position (which is essential for good starting power). However, this is my first time doing them, so we'll see how it goes. Not every week has them, either. I have one or two weeks left in this accumulation block before I'll switch to sumo in the intensification. The paused sumo deads should really help (more so than doing conventional paused).
