Strong pulls. Have you tried benching with your feet out wider? Could make you more stable get a bit better leg drive. I lack the hip mobility to do it but thought I'd throw it out there.

Thought speed was good on the pulls and bench looked great - I really like your groove or bar path. Any extra leg drive you could get would be a bonus!

I just got some very good advice from the man who won, outright (ie, best lifter), Master World's last year. I'll be putting that in to action next deadlift day (and probably work on it a bit before that).
