Thanks man, my weight is starting to move up at a nice rate now have been really making an effort to ensure I hit my calories. Yeah id like to get up towards 90kg/200lbs by the end of the year. Not to bothered about body fat as long as my strength climbs with my weight.

Front Squat 67.5 kg x 7,5,3 = 15 (15) [PR]
- Felt good, love this exercise.

Bench 67.5 kg x 5, 4, 3 = 12 (15) +4
-Much better than last time, was thinking about deloading im glad i didn't !

Deadlift 147.5 kg x 4 (5) +1
- Last rep was a struggle, form broke down. Thinking about a deload to work on form.

DB Row 37.5 kg x (8,8) (7,7) (6,6) = 21 (25)[PR]
- Felt great, weight PR also.

Lying Tricep Extensions 37.5 kg x 10, 8 = 18 (20)
- Rippetoe style in case anyone was wondering.

Db Hammer curls 14 kg x 10, 8 = 18 (20)

- Second set felt weak, put the belt on for the last set and blasted 5 no problem.

Press 47.5 kg x 5,4,4 = 13 (20)
- Felt stronger then when i was last on this weight, i think 20 rep goal is a better target then 15 on the press because weight progression is very hard with the press and rep progression is still progression,

Weighted Chins 12 kg x 5,5,4 = 14 (20) [PR]
- Progressing nicely with the chins, weight PR.

Power Shrugs 70 kg x 10, 90 kg x 10, 110 kg x 10, 130 kg x 9, 100 kg x 20.
- Love power shrugs finally developing traps. Rep PR.

Weighted Dips 17 kg x 8,6 = 14 (15) + 2
- Rep PR.
