Nursing a flu the last few days plus my back isnt perfect yet .... Need .. to..lift..soon


I have to start eating more fruit & veg and drink FAR more water ! I havent felt healthy in a while which is strange for a 21 year old im sure, especially considering i dont drink alcohol. I need to eat more too ! Stretch more, foam role more, LIFT MORE !!
