Squat 102.5 kg x 6, 5, 4. = 15 (15)

Bench 67.5 kg x 3, 3, 3 = 9 (15) [PR]

DB Row 35 kg x (10,10) (9,9) (8,8) = 27(25)

Tricep extension 35 kg x 12, 10 = 22 (20)

Cable curls 20 kg x 12, 25 kg x 10

Face Pulls 25kg x 6, 15 kg x 12 - Biceps were tired after curlzz.

Foods I ate today:

5 eggs + butter & olive oil.
Chicken breast, Chicken thigh, 2 potatoes and broccoli.
3 litres full fat milk.
3 tbsp of whole nut peanut butter.

Fullbody

Front Squat 65kg x 7,6,4 = 17 (15)

Press 45kg x 6,6,5 = 17(20)

Deadlift 147.5kg x 3 (5)

Chins x 11, 8, 6.

Dips x 16, 11.

Face pulls 23 kg x 10,10.

There was no chain to hang plates off for the chins and dips so they're body weight.
