- Very easy stuff, got all sets done in around 8 mins!

Press
30 kg x 5
35 kg x 5
40 kg x 5
50 kg x 5

- Again very easy, been in the gym 20 mins and have squatted and pressed!

Deadlift
95 kg x 5
110 kg x 5
130 kg x 5
150 kg x 5

- 150 kg felt a but heavier then id like, im not used to so many reps before my main set so maybe it was that?

Chins
BW x 12
BW x 9
BW x 8

Whole session lasted 45 mins, really enjoying it though! Im gonna have up my calories and sleep in the coming weeks i can feel it !

Really like how that madcow runs. I agree on the Deadlift sets, you end up with 20 reps before your final set and it can take something out of you but you'll get used to it I'm sure.

Not sure why I stopped doing hypers, sometimes I change assisstance and by adding something I drop something else. I miss them though and agree they help a lot.
