My legs were aching the last two days, i was playing football (soccer) on Sunday for 2 hours so any reps on the squat were tough, i decided to work up to a single.

Squat
60 kg x 5
90 kg x 3
100 kg x 1
110 kg x 1
120 kg x 1 [ PR ]
130 kg x 1 [ PR ]


- 130 kg = 1.63 of my BW been wanting to squat 1.5 BW for so long. 130 kg felt good too, definitely wasn't a grinder was surprised how easy it felt, didn't have the balls to put 3 plates on though, some day!

Bench

67.5 kg x 7 - Rep PR
67.5 kg x 7
67.5 kg x 3


- Happy with the rep PR, 1 min rest between the 2nd and 3rd set because i knew i had the reps!

BB Row
