Clean
55 kg x 3
55 kg x 3
55 kg x 3
55 kg x 3
55 kg x 3

- Started light because still working on getting my form back on these.

Deadlift
100 kg x 5
120 kg x 5
150 kg x 5 - Rep PR

- Felt easy, cleans really set me up nicely for the deadlift. Wasnt too sure how to program the ramping, not sure if the jumps were too high? Felt ok though.

Press
50 kg x 6
50 kg x 6
50 kg x 4

16/15

- Felt OK, moving on.

Preacher curlz
20 kg x 10
25 kg x 8
25 kg x 8

-----------------------------------------

Clean
20 kg x 3
20 kg x 3
20 kg x 3
25 kg x 3
25 kg x 3

- Keeping it light working on form mainly.

Deadlift
60 kg x 5
65 kg x 4
70 kg x 5

Press
27.5 kg x 6
27.5 kg x 7 - Rep PR
27.5 kg x 6

20/20

Preacher curlz
12.5 kg x 10

Cleans to pulling looks awesome. I agree on the note about the form on those, keep it light and tight.

Thanks men
I woke up with a swelling in the area between my groin and thigh, probably a swollen lymph node. Thinking its a reaction to an insect bite that also is quite swollen. Feeling a bit off from it. Still not sure if i should go to the gym or wait till Monday!

cleans are very very different to deadlifts ... clean, shoulders over and ahead of the bar, deadlifts, behind the bar...

Yeah I know they are different, and? A lot of people recommend them before deads or squats.

I went to the doctor today about the swelling on my legs, it was swollen lymph nodes brought on by the insect bite like i thought, good news but still hurts and is causing flu like symptoms. Had to keep squats to a minimum today ( )so not to irritate the gland.

Squat
60 kg x 5
90 kg x 3
112.5 kg x 5

Bench
65 kg x 10 - Rep PR
65 kg x 6
65 kg x 6

22/15

- Got 62.5 kg for 9 last time so very happy with 65 kg x 10.

Chins SS Dips
10 kg x 6 SS 15 kg x 8
BW x 6 SS BW x 8

- Was quite tired for these, triceps were burnt out by the bench so only did two sets.

- Did 3 chins between every squat and bench sets.
- Did 15 mins of mobility work before i left the gym.

------------------------------------------

Squat
60 kg x 4 - Rep PR
60 kg x 3
60 kg x 3

10/15

Bench
35 kg x 3 [PR]
35 kg x 4
35 kg x 3

10/20

Under hand pull downs SS seated dips
35 kg x 8 SS BW x 10
35 kg x 8 SS BW x 10

Also did the mobility work
