Squat 112.5 kg x 4,3 [PR]
- Twinge in my upper back after the 2nd set, decided to call it a day for the squats didnt want to risk injury.

Bench 65 kg x 7,7,6 = 20(20)
- Watched Dave Tates " So you think you can bench" series before and it really helped. Rep PR.

BB Row 72.5 kg x 7,7,6 = 20(20)
- Back was grand with these, just needed rest i guess. Rep PR.

Rippetoe tricep extensions 37.5 kg x 11,11 = 22(20)
- Moving on.

DB hammer curls 16 kg x 11,7 = 18(25)
- Decided to up the rep goal.

Incline Db flies 10 kg x 12,12
- Thought id give these ago, probably too light couldnt feel anything in my chest.


My back is still a bit weird when i take deep breaths.
