Front Squat 72.5 kg x 5,4,6 = 15 (15)[PR]
- Really wanted the 15 so i gave the last set my all.

Bench 62.5 kg x 7,7,6 = 20(20)
- Moving on!

Deadlift 137.5 kg x 6
- Back to 3 plates next week

BB Rows 72.5 kg x 6,6,6 = 18(20)[PR]
- Lower back was wrecked because of the deadlift

Lying tricep extensions 37.5 kg x 11, 8 = 19 (20)

Db Hammer curls 16 kg x 8, 7 = 15(20)

Pickin' up all kiiiinds of PRs again.

But no wonder your back was a bit off, going from deadlifts to BB rows!

Anyway, 3 wheels next time for sure.


And she's also looking strong, actually. Very decent numbers all 'round, and getting better by the session. Nice.

- Got little sleep the past few days so an extra rep will do!

Press 50 kg x 4, 4, 4 = 12(15) + 3
- Last rep on the last set was a struggle, but i got it up, Rep PR.

Wide-Grip Pull ups 7 kg x 6, 4, 4 = 14(20)[PR]
- Just realized I was ment to do 5 kg. Ah well, added 2 kg and did the same rep.

Dips 20 kg x 7, 5 = 12(15)+ 2

Face Pulls 20 kg x 13, 13 = 26
