Really like the pause squats, it will help the deadlift a lot too!

I get to that point when I hit 197 or so I just feel fat and look a lot different than I do at 192... so I usually just up the cardio and rip off the weight in 2 months or so. I just try to take it slow on the way down.

Walked the long way home on the beach to get some extra cardio in

- it 22-23 degrees here which for a lot of you is winter weather but for us Irish it's ridiculously warm
