- Finally got the 15 reps Rep PR..

Deadlift 135 kg x 8 (6)
- Rep PR, needed a deload !

Wide grip pull ups 5 kg x 5,5,4 = 14 (20) [PR]
- Feels good to be doing these weighted !

Dips 17 kg x 8,7 = 15(15)
- Moving on !!

Lateral raises 9 kg x 13, 10
Drop sets 5 kg x 6, 2 kg x 6, 1 kg x 7

- Must have looked funny watching a man struggle with one kg

- 110 kg next, my goal for July a month early. Been eating big lately so these feel great

- Needed a deload, hope to smash through 67.5 kg when i meet it again!

My girlfriend was with me so i decided to log hers whenever she's with me so she can check her progress. She's 55 kg and 5'3, she's become quite strong in her short time lifting

Squat 45 kg x 7, 7, 8 = 22 (25)

Bench 30 kg x 4, 4, 4 = 12 (20)

Db Row 14 kg x (10,10)(10,10) = 20 (20)

Curls 12.5 kg x 8, 8 = 16 (20)

Tricep pushdown 12.5 kg x 10, 10 = 20 (20)

Face pulls 15 kg x 7, 7 = 14 (20)
