Last set of pulls were textbook. You wedged the bar off the floor and fired the hips through like youre supposed to. Its def. starting to feel like old times in the gym again.

Reverse band bench rows? Not sure what to call these. Pulled strong bands to chest.

Pretty good day. Was sloppy with my form on the 405 set. Not sure if I will stay there or go to doubles as planned next time. I didn't feel weak just missed grooved the third rep a little. Everything else went great though. I feel very explosive off the chest thanks to bottoms press.

Went and trained at Gold's gym today with all the bro's. I love lifting in other gyms when I can. It always ups the intensity just being in a different environment. Also I got to lift with my childhood homie so it was a great time!
