That's it. The rest of the time I helped my friends getting into powerlifting max on deadlift today and both hit big PR 425 pulls! Both were around 300 when we started

Nice work Cody, I also did some overhead pin presses today, but set the pins higher. How do you like them? Program I'm following called for a 5-board press, but training alone at a commercial gym I had to compensate for what I can do...

I like them a lot! They don't seem to put as much stress on my shoulders as regular standing press. Plus I can get some air in between reps. Standing press always makes me feel faint haha another fat guy problem I guess
