That's it! Took a page out of j Byrd's play book and pulled today also. This felt great. I'm going to play around with it and see what happens. I'm also going to be lifting at another gym on Friday's that has a lot more equipment to work the back and squat/deadlift weak points

I never thought I would like it, but to be honest it has freed up a day to let me hit my specific weak points. We will see how big of a deadlift PR it brings, but honestly as of now I plan to open with a 5lb or more pr haha.
