Reps are kind of a guess on assistance work. Notorious Big was on the radio so I was just pumpin shit out! Good first day in the suit. Had the straps set loose so getting in position wasn't bad. I will pull my opener for double next time around. September cant get here fast enough!

Thanks! Yes me and my lifting partners will be competing. Im in the 275 class. usually weigh in the low 260s. Hope you can make it man its always a very well run meet.

I competed at the one they had I think 2yrs ago and I was really impressed. Looking forward to getting back into the SPF
