Raw doubles were a little slow today. I blame heavy squats yesterday. All and all really happy with my last double. First time back in a shirt since the meet so our goal was to keep everything fast. Triples especially to a 1 board are very out of the norm for us so it was a nice change up. Videos will be up shortly.

Showed up a little late so I had to start warming up in the power rack. Titan was finishing up his squat cycle in the mono and I wasn't about to take the hundreds off the bar lol. Ended up just walking all my squats out.

Moved a leg press inside the gym.

Super set that with leg curls and extensions.

Kind of took it easy today since im planning on getting back in my briefs next week. Pretty happy with the squats. I haven't walked anything over 3 or 4 plates out in years. It felt weird but in a good way. It was a nice change up. That leg press was crazy heavy and we were pretty short handed at the gym which made it even worse!
