Not a very good day pulling. Just didn't have much in the tank today. I guess im still feeling Mondays squat workout. I've always sucked with reps on the deadlift haha

Block pulls/ knee pulls

405x5x2
405x5x2 against purple bands

Stiff leg sumo

315x6x3

leg curls x5 sets.

Happy with my secondary pulls. I still got a lot of volume in.

Default Growing wings!

Back day

Assisted pull ups x25

Dumbbell rows

70x10x3 sets each arm

Yates rows x 4sets

Wide grip lat pull downs x5sets

Rear delt flies x3 rep out sets

Superset with shrugs

Ez bar curls x 3

So I only had about 45 minutes to lift so I flew through this workout. I had a really nice back pump going on and made sure I took a considerable amount of time to admire myself in the mirrors lol

assisted pull ups? Im too fat for that haha.

Default Squat day

After checking how many weeks we have until the meet we decided to go ahead and jump to the Thompson squat cycle like we had planned. We will finish our next 2 weeks raw then go to briefs on a box.

Ssb against chains.

345x2x5 sets adding chains each set. Top set was 180 lbs of chains.

Added knee wraps.

395x1+180 chains
445x1+180 chains

It was a lot of fun using the safety squat bar again! That thing is always brutal.

close stance/high bar squats: (with straight bar)

245x10
265x10

Ssb and high bar squat combo lit my abs and mid back up!

Leg curls x3sets each leg
TKE's x3 sets each leg
