Lots of band warm ups

Standing over head 5x5 +1 burnout set

Dumbbell side lateral raise x5

Pull ups 5x5

Rear delt flies x5

Machine rear delt flies x3

TRX (rope thing) rows x3

Ez bar curls x5

Hammer curls x2 burnout sets

Just basic hypertrophy work. Im still very sore from the last few workouts!

Paused the last reps.

Once again today was tough! This was 100% better then the my last speed day on my first block. Got all my reps and depth was soo much better. Hey and I didn't have to stop and cry one time!

Close stance squats:

Quad extensions x100
Ham glutes x40
Standing abs x100
Calves x75

My mobility is getting much better. Still had a little hip tightness but much better then it has been.

I had to take care of some errands with the engagement and all so I was in and out like our boy in a shady strip clud in New Orleans. Heard it was a late night with one guy getting done around 10.

Yes it took a while. Hes on the Joe/Donnie warm up system haha! No big deal though. Once he gets comfortable in his gear theres no telling what kind of numbers he can put up.

I commented on his video. If he would push his knees out at the start and load the hips I think he could keep his back in a better position and hit depth easier.
