Good work! Could just be an off day on those rows. Stick to your plan, let it play out and see what happpens. I wouldn't try to force progress either. Take it when it comes but don't force it if it isn't there on a given day. There's always next time, but don't be lazy about it either. Find that balance like you did with the bench press.

Haha! Anyone who thinks lunges are easy has never done them! I'd rather squat 315 for reps than do a set of BW lunges.

Get those squat stands finished!! Squats and deadlifts will do more for your body progress than all those other lifts combined.

I'm not having a pre workout maybe at the moment because it makes me feel sick. Maybe I didn't have enough energy.

Been annoyed these last couple of days.

Had a blistering headache yesterday and today.

Haven't felt like eating much, and couldn't work out yesterday because of it.

The most annoying thing however, is that this was a dry run I was doing. To see if the amount I was eating would enable me to gain 1.5-2 pounds of weight a on the. Now that some of my meals have been skipped, and I haven't workout out, it messes thing up.

I do walking lunges and only use 7-10kg db's in each hand because my glutes are actually that weak from years of neglect. You know, keeping in that 1-legged work as a finisher once you have the squat rack would be a good idea.
Progress is all important but you're right not to try and force it. We get bad days and there will be times when you may need to drop weight to get in the reps. It will hopefully not happen too often and if you are honest during each session, you will be fine.

One final word of advice based on my own constant mistakes, NEVER allow one bad session or even a bad week derail you or cause you to make 'alterations', just don't! I did that and it ended up being a circle of error which, several years on, I am still attempting to circumnavigate!

Another picture of my desired body. With a similar body as Taylor Lautner, the one I showed you before.

Estimations of how long it'd take to get to this guys stage?

Its a question I haven't really asked, always wondered.

I don't think any estimations would do you any good. He's not you and everybody is different. So different that looking like that could take anywhere from 1 year for a actor with a nutrionist and a personal trainer, to 10 years for me which is how long it would take me to diet down to that level! haha.

Focus on you. Not others. Sure, make comparisons for fun and follow the plan of someone who is similar to you and try to replicate their experiences, but at the end of the day, it will take you however long it takes you because you are different than everyone else in the universe.
