Two other squat alternatives you can do with out a rack are BB Hack Squats and Jefferson Squats. Check them out.

as a fellow brit i understand stone, so in stones it say you are just over 8 and a half stone, i used to be your weight once upon a time. Are you going to log your full workouts ? i hope you do.

Yeah, I prefer it to sitting down and having to eat a separate mean just to get my fruit and veggies in.

Yeah, I'll be ok for now doing the substitutes, but I do really need to get one.

I thought that also, didn't occur to me that people living outside of the UK had no idea!
