WORKOUT

BENCH PRESS - 45KG/99.2LBS
BARBELL ROWS - 55KG/121LBS
JUMP SQUATS - BODY WEIGHT

Went well, progressed in both lifts.
Jump squats will soon be substituted for squats.

I only have 3 exercises with this workout now though, I was wondering weather I should be doing something else, workout b's pretty packed.

Really happy with the progression. My strength seems to have sky rocketed since I started. At the beginning I remember barley even been able to lift 30kg, so I know I've certainly improved.

WEIGHT

Something weird happened with the scales.
The reading says I'm now at risk of been over weight, and that I've added 2 stone 5 pounds!
I quite clearly haven't, my visible body fat hasn't changed since I started, The only thing thats changed is the fact that I have a little more muscle.
It was the BMI reading however that gave me those results (which I know is a flawed system), but the weighing scales still told me I'd put on an insane amount of weight.

well done linden great progress on the bench press and rows.

post up workout B and we can see if we can shorten it.

post up a current pic of yourself so we can see what can of weight gain you have made.
