Going great, thanks for asking.
Had another long week with exams. More work than I thought.

I'm going to put all my recent workouts up tonight.

Here are the 2 workouts I've done recently.

WORKOUT A
BENCH PRESS - 42.5KG/93.6LBS
BARBELL ROWS - 52.5KG/115.7LBS
JUMP SQUATS - BODYWEIGHT + 15KG/33LBS

WORKOUT B
DEADLIFT - 60.5KG/133.3LBS
MILITARY PRESS - 25.5KG/56.2LBS FOR 1 SET,22.5KG/49.6LBS FOR THE REMAINING 4.
DIPS - BODYWEIGHT + 11.25KG/24.8LBS
ONE ARM DUMBBELL ROWS - 22.5KG/49.6LBS

Both workouts went well.
As you can see Iv'e ditched the isolation exercises entirly now and am just focusing on the important lifts.
That said, squatting is still a problem. Those squat stands I was going to buy have now gone up to full price, so now I can't afford them until I have some more money, which wont be that soon.
Iv;e seen allot of people that make their own though. I was curious about the safety of homemade squat stands, but after looking at a few they seem pretty sturdy.
The most popular method is 2 pieces of wood or metal, fixed in 2 buckets of cement.
I could defiantly afford that, and me and my dad could make one and put it in our garage.
I don't want to compromise safety though so I'm not sure, its just it'll be a while before I can afford some decent stands.

Apart from that I'm doing good. I'm lifting heavier of dips, bench press, rows, and jump squats.
I managed a heavier first set with military press, but then had to revert to my previous weight. I did this before, and it seems a good way to progress with this particular exercise for me. Next week I'll aim for 2 or 3, then 4, and eventually 5 sets with the weight I could only lift for one set when I started.

with deadlifts, I simply forgot how much weight I lifted last week!
So I loaded the bar with what I thought was a bit heavier than last time, but it turned out when I checked on my log it was the same as before. :P

Will be weighing myself tomorrow, and shall write it on here. Be interesting to see what the scales say.
Speaking of weight, I say this guy on youtube with a transformation video.
He gained muscle and lost weight at the same time and said all he did was eat more food and workout, no cutting.
I wondered if this is what some of you meant by re-comping.

Heres the video if you'd like to see.

My advice on the "recomp" would be to not think about it too much. How much do you weigh? With the weights that you're using, you still have some room for improvement as far as getting stronger while leaning out. I would just eat clean and lift. Good luck.
