WORKOUT

In a rush so I won't write everything out.
I added 2.5kg to my barbell rows, and did jump squats with 2 5kg dumbbells in my hand.
With my bench though I hit a sticking point.
I added 2 1.25 kilogram plates onto the bar, but only managed 2 sets with it.
So I dropped the weight a bit seen as I wasn't able to perform the following sets with that much weight on.
I went back to the same weight I had last workout instead for the remaining sets.

The fact that your bench has stalled already tells me that you started out way too heavy. It's a common mistake. Otherwise, good job on being consistent.

Well Iv'e defiantly been getting stronger, a month ago I couldn't bench 30kg, which is much less than I can now.

WEIGHT

Gone up another 3 pounds since last time I weighed myself.
I'd be worried ordinerally but I can tell I havn't got any fatter than when I started.
My muscles look a bit bigger however.

WORKOUT

MILITARY PRESS - 5X5 - 20KG/44LBS
DEAD LIFT - 5X5 - *64KG/141
DIPS - 5X5 - BODY WEIGHT + 8KG/17.6LBS
ONE ARM DUMBBELL ROWS - 5X5 - 18.75KG/41.33LBS

First off, I've been making a stupid mistake with the weight I've ben adding.
For some reason I mistaken the 1.25 plates, for 1.5 .
So for example when I said I added 3K to the bar, I actually only added 2.5kg, or 5.5 pounds.
Not that much of a difference and it doesn't change anything, but I'll remember from now on.

The workout went rally well, went up in all my lifts.
Most notably military press. I started a few weeks back with 20kg/44lbs, only managing 2 sets with it without having to take any weight off for the remaining sets.
Now I can do the full 5 sets.
Went up 2.5 in dead lift, and 1.25 in one arm rows and weighted dips too.

I'm noticing a difference in the size of nearly all my muscle's now
