There is no need to change anything right now, but OHP doesn't work the rear delt much, so if you feel like adding in some rear delt raises and db extensions or something like that to work the back of your shoulders and triceps more, it won't hurt anything as long as you ease into it.

what mike said you dont need to change anything the compound movements are going to give you size, rows work the rear delts aswell as upper back.

the v taper you are on about is from broad shoulders and lats and haveing a small waist helps too.

Yeah, I defiantly wasn't going to ditch any of my compounds.
I'll experiment with adding some extra exercises in.

This, exactly. Concentrating too much on separate muscles can take away from just focusing on the compounds and milking them for gains, which will be more than enough to get you big and strong. I'm not saying that you can't do rear laterals, just that at the beginner stage they aren't really going to do much past what the rows are already doing.

something i read the other day linden that i think is a good quote....

isolation exercises are usefull for a 250lb bodybuilder bringing up lagging parts.
