Saturday Workout
Time: 6:00PM
Date: 12.05,2009
Note: Felt tired during the workout..Had a long day, and just didn't have my "it" factor.

Squat 5x5 - 295 lb much easier than last workout
Bench 5x5 - 225 lb by now just wanted to get the stimulation of moving weights
Wide Grip Cable Rows 5x5 - 150 lb
Rear Delt Machine - 3x10
Cable Crunches 3x10 - 120 lb

We all have "those days", but then to still make progress on one of "those days" is a great feat.

Deadlift - 1x5 295 lb, *warm-up 135x5,185x5, 225x3
Chin-ups 8x3 *started each rep from dead hang
Hanging Leg Raises 3x10

felt good today, my ex boss asked about me starting to powerlift and if i wanted to train with them. I don't think so, he and i have different theories on training
