IronWill's Bulldozer Log
 
Starting Bulldozer program today and a new log for it. Bulldozer is rep goal combined with rest/pause. Sets are done using the same weight. Bump the weight up when the rep goal is met. Starting off a little lighter than what I have been doing to get the feel for the program and find my groove.

i'm doing SLDL but i keep starting to heavy i need to keep my ego at the door.

Yeah, this is my first run at SLDL. Got some form work to do. :rolleyes:

Morning workout. Went out and gave the ornamental grasses their spring haircut. Manual hedge clippers are like a portable pec dec. :D Worked up a good pre breakfast sweat.
