Nighttrain's leanbulk with Proven's P-Phera
 
OK, so after 8 weeks of recomp and a loss of 22 pounds im ready to put some weight back on while trying to keep my BF in the low ranges... last time i checked i was at 11.2%, so lets see what i can accomplish.

workout will look like this-

Day 1- Legs
Day 2- Chest; Delts; and Traps
Day 3- Cardio
Day 4- Legs
Day 5- Back; biceps; Triceps
Day 6- Cardio
Day 7- Rest

Diet is in check-
PRO: 270gr
Carbs: 450gr
Fat: 50gr

supplements:
week 1: 20mg P-Phrea; support supps; and 10 gr creatine
week 2-4: 30mg P-Phrea; support supps; and 10 gr creatine

Day 1- 23 Nov 09- LEGS

5 min warm up on bike....

Standing leg curls- 35x15/ 60x15/ 45x15/ 45x15
SLDL- 175x10x4 sets
Leg extentions- 125x20x5 sets
Leg press- 415x20/ 435x20/435x20
Squats- 315x10/ 365x10x2 sets
leg press calf raises- 350x15x5 sets
freaking killer leg day, if this program don't make me grow nothing will.... this should be fun!!!

Diet
shake and oats
deer and rice
deer rice
Post workout shake
tuna and rice
shake and oats

Those are some damn intense squat sets. Grow, your legs will. Great workout NT.
