You have some pretty good , consistent gains since you started 5 weeks ago. I know everybody is different but I hope I have the same percentage of gains when I start next monday.

it's the new year, time to kick it into overdrive!!!

5 min warm up on bike
Standing leg curls--- 60x15x4 sets
SLDL--- 225x8x4 sets
leg Ext--- 140x20/155x20x3 sets/ 155x15
leg press--- 480x20x3 sets
Squats--- 315x10/ 365x8/ 405x8/ 425x6

felt really good today!!!
left knee did buckle on me once while doing leg presses, but i have a MRI on it thursday so we will see what the deal is..

Diet
Shake, oats, Creatine
pork loin and rice
pork loin and rice
PWO shake w/ creatine
pork loin and noodles
bed time Shake and oats....
