2013-04-17

Day B

Started with the deads this time instead of squat. Im starting to lean more towards replacing squat on day B for pull ups. The heavier the squat gets for me, the harder it is for me to recover to be able to do 3 heavy squat sessions/week.

1x12 60kg/132 lbs
1x8 90kg/200 lbs
1x8 100 kg/220 lbs
2x5 120 kg/264 lbs

Overhead press
Did not went as heavy as I wanted to due to beeing sore after doing some climbing day before.

1x12 50kg/110 lbs
3x10 60kg/132 lbs

Squat
1x10 60kg/132 lbs
1x5 80kg/176 lbs
2x5 90kg/200 lbs
