Take care of the body. Looks like you're making good progress.

Personal tips that I've learned along my still short journey:

Leave your ego at the door.
Prepare. Showing up dehydrated, hungry, and tired will guarantee failure.
Be ready to fight for that grinder of a PR.
Listen and learn. Absorb everything you can, and assimilate that knowledge.

Top Gym lifts:
Squat: 415lbs
Deads: 440lbs
Bench: 315lbs

Meh, today the workout did not went as planed. Took 1 1/2 hours off work to lift, went to the gym and it seemed like whole Sweden decided to work out at the same time. Could not do any barbell work due to the queue.

Overhead press with dumbbells, could not go as heavy as I wanted due to balance, felt like I was doing electric boogie moves with my arms haha.

1x10 10 kg/22 lbs
1x10 15 kg/33 lbs
1x10 18 kg/39 lbs
1x8 20 kg/44 lbs
3x5 25 kg/55 lbs

chin ups
5x10 with body weight

walking lunges
3x10 (10 reps on each leg with 18 kg/39 lbs dumbbells in each hand)

Thanks for motivation guys!

Forgot to update yesterdays day A

Squat
1xmany bar
1x12 40 kg/88 lbs
1x12 60 kg/132 lbs
2x5 80 kg/176 lbs
1x5 90 kg/198 lbs
1x3 100 kg/220 lbs
1x20 50 kg/110 lbs
No idea what happened, but yesterdays squat felt awesome, wanted to see if I could do 2 or 3 reps with 90kg/198 lbs, to my own surprise I did 5. Then threw on 100kg/220lbs for shits and giggles, and well, did 3 reps.

Bench
1x12 40 kg/88 lbs
1x15 60 kg/132 lbs
3x5 80 kg/176 lbs
Bench felt "Meh..", seems like Im going betwean 80 kg and 85 kg depending on my food intake. Next day A workout I will try to get a spotter and throw 90 kg to see how well I do.

B.rows
1x5 50 kg/110 lbs
4x5 80 kg/176 lbs
