Solid.

Keep squatting and deadlifting, and that lower body strength you say you're lacking at the moment, it'll be soon be there.

As for benching, I know that feel. Not built for it either. Still, nothing for it, just like every other lift. Looks like you're doing fine anyway.

This might be a "dumb" question.

When I do my B.rows/Deads I feel that my grip is what is hindering me (B.rows mostly, on deads it is my lowerbody/grip). Should I invest into lifting straps or just power through it up to a decent weight level before using them?
I remember when I was into lifting I started using them on B.rows that were heavier then 100kg/220 lbs and on deads that were heavier then 150kg/330 lbs. I feel that at the moment I am making a lot of rapid "gains" due to muscle memory, but should I let my grip hinder me , is it more wise to work on my grip rather then use straps?

Use straps or Versa Gripps. Row strength will always surpass grip strength at some point.

I use straps when I start feeling grip slow me down. I can do them but not as explosive. It's worth using them when you need to. Just don't rely on them.

Nice - you went from 2x5 to 3x5 on both for max weight, right?

Either way, looks good.

The reason I went from 2 sets to 3 sets on my max rep weight is due to just simply having more energy, since Im still only starting after several years of inactivity, Im fairly winded up(fatigued?) after my warm up sets that usually go from; bar and adding 10 to 15 kg per set untill I reach my max rep weight.
I start to count my sets when I reach 80% of my rep weight and just try to overload from there for ideally 5 sets.
On some workout days up til today my body just said no on my 4th or 5th set due to my general fitness condition. I have been doing cardio in form of just walking, walk to the gym, walk for 1 hour during lunch at work. Yesterday I felt good going 3x5 on squat and 3x5 on deads with my max rep weight, I would have probably pushed 4th or even 5th set, but due to being on call I had to keep the workout somewhat short. Tomorrow Ill be aiming for 4 to 5 sets on my max rep weight.
