Did you think you couldnt bench over 200? You will bench a lot closer to 225 when you are done with the program, if not more.

I want to see you either pull your feet farther back, or spread them out. It is causing some instability on the bench.

the combos looked much better with the lighter weight, I would use a curl bar for those next time.

Overall looking stronger each week!
