you are doing the kaz press pretty close. I like to bring my elbows down more before I go back, but its a preference thing on my part.

widen your feet some on the narrow stance squats, also get your toes out. This is causing you depth issues. You should really be feeling these in your quads. Also, more weight on the extensions.

My board press video. I just cut 2x6 12 inches long and screwed them together. Sanded off the edges and stuck 'em under my shirt. I also used a band to strap them on, but sticking under shirt worked easier.
