Nice work Mr Awesome! You are stronger than you think. Lower that pin to liftoff a bit, drive your heels into the ground more, maybe set your feet a little bit wider too, and always touch in the same spot and you will be crushing a lot more soon. When you don't touch in the same spot, your bar path goes all over the place. Not good. I know that from experience.

I'm serious. Just a few minor things and you will be crushing a lot more weight. You have a very good build and set up for benching big weights. Just tweak a few things and get your mind wrapped around actually doing bigger weights. That slingshot set, you should have had more with 225 no question, it was your mind that did you in there, the weight was no problem for you.

I don't want to step on JB's toes here as he's the best there is, but I'm serious when I say you can just fix a few little flaws on bench and be a lot stronger.

Crush on Mr. Awesome, ignore the detractors. I have those too. They mean nothing to me. I'm on a mission to squat 405 and bench 315, eff them that think I can't.

They were giving me grief over when I go 'stapled' last week on bench press. They are tryign to be funny or 'kid' with me like buddies would do, but I took the event much deeper so it's like salt on a wound with me

I dont know what has got into you this week, but i LOVE IT! you are killing it this week. Squat reps looked great. I also think it works much better with you on that lower rack height. 315x3 next week!

We need to talk about how to breath some in the squat, I will try to type something up, but not sure if it will make sense. WIll be hard to explain with out "talking" through it. Might need to talk by phone one day this week.

Strong man!

I dont think they intend to be mean, I know the same people that dont take lifting as serious. But we do.

Yeah, i've done that a couple of times too, mate. Not enjoyable, but it can happen to anyone.

Good progress in here. Interesting to see JB's program at work too.

There's the other aspect to this; the first time it happens, is the worst time; after that, people pretty much don't give a toss...they, the lifters, know it's part of the lifting game and accept that it will and does happen.
