What happened when you got the bar stuck on your chest? Looked like you were having issues with your wrist wraps...

Your tris had to of been smoked! first set at 190 was great. 2nd set when you got 3 and racked it I was pretty happy. Then you took it back out and did a single. Dont do that! You missed the set, thats fine, move on to the next set.

You have to learn to listen to your body. You didnt have enough strength to finish that last set, you have to shut it down. Remember the sets the the SS are extra work. Dont get hurt trying to do something that isnt that important in the long run.

Why not wear the wrist wraps on all the sets?

190x4 for a few sets will get you a 225 bench. I want to see that happen in a few weeks.

I almost always have wrist issues with or without the straps.

My right (arm/shoulder/delt) is in some pain from yesterday. It made going to sleep difficult.

Oh well.

will prob be easier to lift out facing the rack and sit down into the bench/back support rather than lift it from behind like that.

That's why you make the 'Big Bucks' and lift crazy weight and why I don't & won't.
