Anything I say is usually seen as an excuse, so I really should say nothing and go about my business. It seems that anytime I say anything, someone gets pissed off or upset.

Anyways, I'm always thinking about form. When I concentrate on form, my speed slows down greatly. The faster I go the more the form breaks down with me. I don't have the muscle memory or the raw power to rep out whatever at a lightening speed. It'd be nice to one day do 30+ reps of 225 just for fun.

What can I say? I'm a slow learner on a few things....

looks a hell of a lot more explosive, and I like that.

squat you look to be losing some upper back tightness. Try to make sure your back is arched, much like on the bench, and squeezing your shoulder blades. this should help some.

bench I would like to see if you can bring your feet back a little farther. Really try to arch up and drive your traps into the bench. Your butt should be barley touching the bench, and the angle of your knee should keep you from moving your butt. I will find you a video to show what I am talking about.
