Good work man, glad you're sticking with the BIG, can't wait to see the progress!

Update: Just rewatching your video, noticed that all your bench presses, you were over extending (thanks gasp for that term) .. others hopefully can chime in on if it's proper or not, and the effects. Personally, I usually ended up losing my tightness the second my shoulders would go off the bench, and it also increases your ROM, makes you unstable (based on the video evidence). You want speed but don't lose control.

I know the Re-Feed days are suppose to be ONE day. I ate A BUNCH on Saturday since I went to a cookout.

Sunday was more of a "normal" day food wise. Sunday entiled me entertaining guests so with help, I had laid out a fruit salad (I made it) a Veggie Tray (buddy started and I finished). Buddy's wife brought over a cream cheese creamed corn (delish!), then was some pork spare ribs, steamed veggies, mashed taters, mac-n-cheese
